Simple. TermiNader Fitness was founded around the idea of "people first". We believe building a healthy life is much more important than just lifting heavy weights.
Ryan Nader, the founder of TermiNader Fitness, has always had a passion for understanding the human body and how movement can improve lives. Graduating from Indiana University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Ryan specialized in exercise science, athletic rehabilitation, and geriatric rehabilitation. This strong foundation has led to a diverse career in the fitness and healthcare fields, with roles including Fitness Manager, Personal Trainer, and Chiropractic Rehabilitation Therapist.
Throughout Ryan’s time in the fitness industry, one recurring issue became clear: a lack of personalized knowledge. "I’ve seen too many people base their workouts on generalized Tik-Tok and YouTube videos, which may work for some but not for everyone,".
TermiNader Fitness was born out of a desire to change this. By educating clients on how their body operates and helping them build a "mind-body" connection, Ryan empowers people to not only achieve their fitness goals but also prevent injury and build a sustainable fitness lifestyle.
A Personal Journey of Transformation
Ryan’s personal journey began much earlier. Growing up, he weighed only 115 pounds at his heaviest and endured constant bullying for his size. Over the years, he broke 13 bones and felt trapped in a body he didn't understand. "I started working out to stop the bullying and boost my confidence, but it ended up being so much more. I began thinking clearer, feeling happier, as well as seeing improvements in my body." This transformation sparked a deep curiosity about how the body works, leading him to pursue kinesiology and a life dedicated to fitness.
Before discovering the power of movement, Ryan experienced severe depression and struggled to find joy in daily life. Today, he aspires to share the life-changing effects of movement and body awareness with as many people as possible.
Through the foundation of TermiNader Fitness, he aims to help others unlock the same physical and mental benefits that changed his life.

I have been working with TermiNader Fitness since it started and have enjoyed every minute. I received countless recovery training and a workout plan that has helped with muscle growth, muscle health, and proper movement to improve mobility. The best part is he is easy to talk to while in session and he'll even teach you about the complexity of the human body.

I met Ryan through my son. I was telling me son how my whole body was hurting and he suggested that I need to see Ryan. so I saw Ryan the first time and he worked on my muscles and he got all the knots out of my body. The next day I could move so much better thanks to Ryan. Ryan is very polite young man. Also he is very knowledgeable of the human body and very outgoing personality. He is very easy to talk too. I always looking forward to seeing him.

Ryan has been my Trainer, Recovery Specialist and as of late an Exercise Equipment Setup Specialist. I have a compromised immune disorder and because of that I have patchy neuropathy. As my trainer Ryan focused on balance, core and body alignment.
Recently we purchased a recumbent elliptical for use at home. The equipment, well over 100 lbs., came in three boxes. From unboxing to complete assembly to physical placement, Ryan was a rock star. He arrived prepared with tools and advice for best placement.

I have been seeing Ryan for over 2.5 years, first as a personal trainer and currently as my body alignment therapist. While as my personal trainer, Ryan always kept the training routines interesting and fun. Now, I see Ryan to fix my body's aches and pains. My neck and shoulders are always tense and sore, due to phone and tablet overuse. Ryan works out the knots in those areas to relieve the tension, additionally that tension relief decreases or ends the ringing in my ears. Other problem areas include my lower back and knees, Ryan always identifies the body misalignment and muscle tightness causing the pain, then works on the problem areas to relieve my pain. I always feel better after visiting Ryan and wish I could see him everyday.

I just turned 30 and my wife and I are planning to start a family, so I started working out for the first time since high school. My entire fitness goal is to not die in my 40s and maybe get a 6 pack. Crossfit was expensive and caused too much injury, so I went to Ryan for a personalized plan. He checks in frequently to check for any areas not being worked or causing pain. Since I'm a gamer he even broke it into smaller segments so that it could be done between rounds. I'm his brother, but I insisted on being a paying client. I came to him because I trust in him and his expertise. You will not find a more knowledgeable or caring person to help in your fitness journey.

No, you do not need any equipment to participate in TermiNader Fitness LLC program. Our trainers can design workouts that can be done with little to no equipment. However, if you have access to equipment, we can incorporate it into your workout plan to add variety.
Yes, TermiNader Fitness LLC program includes nutrition coaching to help you make healthy choices and reach your fitness goals. Our coaches will work with you to develop a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and needs.
